Our community is an all-age, family-oriented mobile home park in Galt, CA, located in the Greenwood neighborhood in the southern quarter of Sacramento county. Once a booming town during the Gold Rush, Galt is now a quiet, rural city where residents enjoy the annual Strawberry Festival, summer classic car shows, and easy access to the natural beauty of Lake Camanche.
Conveniently located near Highway 99, this mobile home community is ideal for commuters working in Sacramento or the Bay Area and has easy access to local shopping malls and outlets. Residents of our park are part of the coveted Lake Canyon Elementary and McCaffrey Middle School district where students enjoy an exceptional public education.

Country Squire Estates is a scenic, 55-or-better mobile home park in Sacramento, CA. It’s located in an area known for its trees, American river front and a melting pot of culture and activity.
Our mobile home park is near Citrus Heights, CA, and is ideal for nature and animal lovers. There is a community garden, a small dog park for residents with animal companions, a club house for socializing and events, a laundromat and several other amenities.
Our community features a beautiful garden area where residents can grow flowers, fruits, and vegetables. There is even a Garden Club that hosts farmers’ markets from time to time. And dog-lovers gather to run their canine companions in the park’s enclosed dog-run.
